THIS SUNDAY IS OUR OUTCRY LAST CLASS!!! Wow the year has flown by!!!
Please remember that Outcry is not just a Confirmation program but a faith formation program for grades 9-12. It is important that post Confirmation your child continue to attend and grow in the faith. We also have many leadership positions if they are interested.
This Sunday April 22, 9th graders will be going to Called-to-Protect, a Diocesan led program which ends at 9:00 PM.
10-12th graders will have Outcry life night as normal ending at 8:00 PM.
As Catholics, we believe that every human being is created in the image and likeness of God. Called to Protect for Youth provides abuse prevention education to middle and high school students; helping these young people understand their sacredness as they learn about boundaries and ways to help protect themselves from harm. CTPY is not human sexuality education; it is best described as safety education.
In the Diocese of Austin, parishes and Catholic schools are required to present CTPY each school year to their sixth and ninth grade students (as well as any new students).
Can't wait to see everyone on Sunday!!! :-)
