Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones from your friends at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Richmond.
We are also grateful to the E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Foundation, whose generosity supports our tradition of offering concerts during the month of December.
Please join us on Monday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. when Three Notch'd Baroque–the Virginia baroque ensemble–offers their concert Western Noël.
On Friday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m., please join us for Advent Lessons and Carols, featuring the musicians of the Cathedral with guest organist Daniel Stipe, who will perform a prelude beginning at 7:00 p.m. This concert is always held in commemoration of World AIDS Day with a collection to benefit the Ryan White Program at Capital Area Health Network.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by violence during this holiday season, especially our friends in Chesapeake.
We hope to see you soon.
The Music for a Cathedral Space Concert Series is made possible
by the generosity of the E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Foundation.
