Hello, Everyone!
What a great way to celebrate our youngest ones!
Monday found us singing with Mrs. Tinnes. She brought a bag filled with fascinating instruments: Bells, Clatterpillar, Rhytm Sticks, Scraping Frog...and what "a beautiful noise" this group can make.
Each child is challenged, to draw a self portrait. After all, there is only one you! A story helped illustrate that point.
Ms. Lamb had all of us moving in the Gym on Tuesday. It was so much fun to exercise with the parachute, rolling balls & making them move like popcorn, crawling under it & more.
Thursday was simply...awesome!
We all enjoyed watching the play - written & performed by 4th grade.
What a perfect day to walk to the library! It was great to see all the beautiful art created by our & other area preschoolers.
Linda Soukup had musical fun ready. Hearing & seeing so many little people sing & participate was a treat!
Thank you to all parents who accompanied us and could be part of this field trip! Your help made this event more fun!
Friday: Several parents spent time with us today! Hurray for Deanna Keeler,Joshua Tryon, Jason Hamilton & Kyle Janecek! Thanks for taking time out of your busy day to spend time with us. We sang, played with the parachute in the gym. Everyone spent time interacting during playtime in the classroom & we took advantage of the playground & sunshine. Hope you have a chance to take a little nap this afternoon!
You'll find the opportunity to shop books with your child in his/her backpack.
The attached coloring sheet can be entered in a coloring contest, sponsored by Washington Co. Hospital & Clinics. Coloring pages will be collected on Monday, April 30th. If your child wants to enter his coloring page, she/he may bring it to school by that date.
Kidz Fest will be held in Washington Central Park Square
on Friday, May 18th from 4:30 -7:30p.m.
This is an evening of activities & fun for the whole family. Kidz Fest is designed to promote health, wellness & safety to youth in Washington & surrounding areas.
Thank you for all the tasty snacks brought this week.
Mrs. Mac & I are looking forward to more fun in learning with your child!
