Dear friends,
"Give thanks to the Lord for He is good, His mercy endures forever" (Psalm 107:1)
Thanksgiving Day is a time for us to remember the numerous blessings we have received from God. These gifts reflect his mercy and love for all of us, that despite our weaknesses and sins, He remains faithful to provide all that we need.
But I also want take this opportunity to thank all of you, dear parishioners, for your witness and dedication to our parish especially as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of our church. Thank you for your love and concern to our brothers and sisters who are in need. I remain grateful to the parish staff, ministry leaders and numerous vounteers who assist us in fulfilling our mission to be a beacon of hope here in Wharton, Dover and Mine Hill.
Below is a short prayer service that you can use during your Thanksgiving meal. We are united in prayer as we seek the Lord's will in all that we do for His greater glory.
Again, thank you for everything. Through the intercession of Our Lady, the Immaculate Conception, St. Joseph and Blessed Carlo Acutis, may God bless you and your family always!
