Weekday Masses (typically on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays) at The Lodge at Old Trail are now open to members of Our Lady of the Rosary. Mass begins at 3 PM. Please sign in at the main desk. Address: 330 Claremont Lane, Crozet VA 22932.

Advent Family Gathering
After Mass on Sunday, December 11 we will have our annual Advent Family Gathering. Please see two sign ups below: 1) Who will be attending and 2) we'll bring a sweet or savory finger food to share.
For this event to be a success, we need donations of new, and nearly new items for our Pick-a-Ticket; adult and children's items are needed, please bring items to Mass.

Amidst all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it can be hard to find time to pray, but this month, let us all be intentional about refocusing our hearts on Christ and remembering the reason for the season! Join us this week in praying:
- for the Lord's help and guidance to create daily moments of peace and prayer
- for all of the special events going on in our churches and communities, and those planning them
- in thanksgiving for the joy of gatherings with friends and family last week
- for the safety and health of everyone as they are out and about during this busy season

Holiday Season Angel Tree Fund Drive
Our annual Angel Tree project continues through this Sunday, December 4th. Please consider supporting Crozet area adults who receive developmental disability and mental health services from the Region Ten Community Services Board with your monetary donations. Through your donations, these adults will receive Christmas gift cards that will allow them to do their own Christmas shopping.
Your donations may be given in this Sunday’s offertory basket (Checks-payable to Our Lady of the Rosary or Cash-envelope, please note “Gift Cards for Region Ten” on the check or envelope). You may also bring or mail donations to the parish office in the Blue Goose building or donate via the OLR online giving page: https://olrcrozet.org/online-giving, select Give Now, “Christmas Gift Cards for Region Ten” under the Fund box.

Crozet Baptist Food Pantry

The Social Outreach Ministry extends our heartfelt gratitude to all of the parishioners who supported the recent "Holiday Joy Bag" campaign. Through your generosity we were able to fill 20 bags with items that will provide a happier Christmas for clients of Meals on Wheels in Western Albemarle. Special thanks to the RE students who so beautifully colored the gift card that were attached to the bags. May God bless you abundantly for your generosity.
Give the Gift of Light this Christmas. As we enjoy the warmth and glow of our bright Christmas lights, many families are facing the possibility of not having electricity in their homes. PACEM: Church of the Incarnation will be hosting PACEM homeless guests from Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve) to the morning Jan 14. PACEM is a wonderful opportunity to volunteer to serve Christ in the poor - to cook, prepare meals and to serve those meals.
PACEM is a means of not only offering our guests ‘two meals and a safe place to stay’ but also the opportunity to treat our brothers with dignity and respect.

Hark the Bells! A Legacieats Initiative
For the last two years, during the Christmas holidays, Legacieats, has taken need requests from families and matched those requests with individuals and families who are willing to sponsor them. For most of their recipient families these will be the only Christmas gifts their children receive.
Hark the Bells needs your help! They are seeking sponsors to bring Christmas to every child they can. They still have families ranging from 1-5 children in need of help. Please spread the word!

Haiti News:
Haiti Crafts and Metal Art: will be on sale during the Advent celebration after Mass on December 11. Coffee, cards, and unique gifts will be on offer. The metal art items are created by artisans using hand tools and flattened steel drums. These artisans have been obliged to relocate their art studio several times due to the violence in Haiti’s capital. Proceeds will support St. Michel School and Clinic. Please keep our brothers and sisters of St. Michel Parish in your prayers.
Sponsors needed: Student sponsorship is the chief source of funds for the operation of St. Michel School, which serves approximately 800 students from preschool to high school completion.
