Happy 1st Week of Advent!!!!
There are several things happening around the parish this week that we want to send a reminder about:
Hospitality Ministers/Greeters Training Tonight!
If you are a current hospitality minister/greeting or are interested in serving in this beautiful ministry please make plans to attend a very important training on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. We will be going over the new changes to communion with serving the precious blood again. The ministers in this ministry are vital to the way our Mass flows and we greatly appreciate your service.
Lector Training
If you are interested in becoming a lector or currently serve as a lector please mark your calendars and make plans to attend a training on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the church.
Wednesday Night | EDGE & Life Teen
EDGE and Life Teen resumes this Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 6:30 PM. Students will not have class the following week December 7, 2022 in honor of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.
Rorate Mass | This Saturday
Please make plans to attend a beautiful celebration at our Parish. Fr. Johnson will celebrate a Rorate Mass on Saturday, December 3rd at 6:30 a.m. The Rorate Mass is a traditional advent devotion in which we celebrate a Mass for the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is celebrated just before dawn. The mass is celebrated only by Candlelight. In the dimly lit setting priests and faithful prepare to honor the light of the world who is soon to be born and offer praise to God for the gift of Our Lady. As the Mass proceeds and sunrise approaches the church becomes progressively brighter, illumined by the sun as our faith is illuminated by Christ. Please consider joining us for this beautiful celebration.
We invite everyone to bring your own candle, this must be a candle you can hold, being precautious of not spilling wax on the floor.
Cleaning of the Church, Outdoor Decorating to Follow Mass
After the Rorate Mass we will have a light breakfast for those who will be volunteering to stay to help deep clean the church, and place outdoor decorations. Help from all ages is needed. If you do not attend the Mass volunteers should arrive at 7:30 AM and we hope to finish by 10:30 AM. Please bring your cleaning supplies: wood polish, brooms, dust pans, mops, old cloths, etc.
If you plan to attend please RSVP on the calendar below so we can plan accordingly. Students needing community service hours will get an additional hour if they attend the Rorate Mass.

Please do not bring homemade baked goods until the final collection day on December 4, 2022. Thank you for assisting in this project.
