As we gather together each week, whether fully vaccinated or not, St. Teresa of Avila will continue to practice COVID health and safety precautions for all. If you plan to attend in-person Mass, we ask that you complete the online COVID-19 questionnaire by 2:00 p.m. the day prior to the Mass you plan to attend (this includes children). Please click the gray button below to complete the online questionnaire. Masks are strongly encouraged for anyone attending in-person Mass.
