Christ the Redeemer Young Adults is proud to announce their role as a founding member of the North Houston Young Adult Ministry (NHYAM) for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

What is NHYAM?

The North Houston Young Adult Ministry (NHYAM) is a new organization to help young adult ministries at various parishes in North Houston interact and grow in fellowship and community with one another. NHYAM will not replace individual young adult groups such as the one here at CtR, but it will allow us to grow in our faith and meet other young adults in North Houston. It also gives us the opportunity to attend events that have typically not been easily accessible to young adults in North Houston such as Cafe Catholica.

Currently, NHYAM will be offering two different types of events for young adults in North Houston. These events are:

1. Monthly meetups that will alternate between nights of prayer/adoration and socials at various parishes in North Houston. These events begin this Friday, May 11th, with Adoration at St. Ignatius from 6 to 7:30 PM. All are welcome! We look forward to seeing you there!
2. Cafe Catholica North Houston is planned for the Winter of 2019 on Jan 7, Jan 21, Feb 4, and Feb 18.
