Marriage Preparation
Are you engaged to be married? If so, participation in a marriage preparation program is expected. You can register for these classes at: adw.org/living-the-faith/marriage-family/ marriage-preparation/ Sessions at St. Elizabeth’s are held in January and July.
Children’s Liturgy Of The Word
Children's Liturgy of the Word is offered at the 9am and 10:30am Masses. All children ages 5-10 are welcome to join. During these masses, there will be no sound in the Commons. Worshippers are asked to move into the church.

Seven Sisters Prayer for St. E’s Priests for January
O my Jesus, I beg You on behalf of the whole Church: Grant it love and light of Your Spirit, and give power to the words of priests so hardened hearts may be brought to repentance and return to You, O Lord. Lord, give us holy priests; you yourself maintain them in holiness. O Divine and Great High Priest, may the power of Your mercy accompany them everywhere and protect them from the devil’s traps and snares which are continually being set for the souls of priests. May the power of Your mercy, O Lord, shatter and bring to naught all that might tarnish the sanctity of priests, for You can do all things.
Temporary Suspension of St. Elizabeth's Outreach to SOME
SOME has begun a rehabilitation of their primary feeding facility and has moved their kitchen/dining service to a nearby location. Until the new temporary facility is fully functioning, St. Elizabeth and other donors have been asked to hold off on food deliveries. Until further notice, we will not be doing the monthly collection.

Vacation Bible School is Coming to St. E's this summer!
Stephanie Dorsey, our Christian Formation and VBS Coordinator, is expecting a baby in June and will be out on maternity leave, so we are looking for some parents or parishioners who might be interested in helping make sure that “take off” is a success for this year’s VBS. Contact Stephanie Dorsey if you’re interested in helping out or if you have any questions. And join us this summer, June 26th-30th, as we blast off for a Stellar adventure, open to ages 4 and up…Spots are limited, so plan to register early. Information and registration forms will be available in the Commons or on the St. E’s website (https://stelizabethchurchmd.org/vbs) the first weekend in February.
St. Vincent de Paul Society
St. Vincent de Paul Society is a Catholic lay organization that follows the spirit of our patron St. Vincent de Paul. Interested in direct outreach to the poor and needy, and doing that in a faith-sharing context? We need you! A new Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society has recently been established at St. Elizabeth and joins our other vibrant social outreach programs as one more way we show our love of God and neighbor. What is the St. Vincent de Paul Society? It is a lay-led, parish-level social outreach to the poor that also has a spiritual component to it. Intrigued? Walking with Purpose, St. Elizabeth’s Women's Bible Study

Our elected officials are voting on laws and regulations that will affect human dignity in many areas of life, as well as our schools and ministries. Please keep their important work in prayer.
