PREP News from Deacon Frank
At PREP, we have come through the first half of our first full year of in-person instruction since the start of the pandemic. I am extremely proud of and grateful to our dedicated volunteer catechists, aides, and monitors. However, there is a problem; we need additional catechists, aides, and monitors if we are going to continue for the remainder of the year. We need your help now.
If you are a parent of a PREP student or a parishioner over the age of 18, I implore you to seriously consider volunteering to serve God and His Church as a catechist, aide, or monitor. There are few higher callings than the call to spread our Catholic faith to our youth. Please consider giving an hour a week to this ministry of evangelization to the children of the Parish of Immaculate Conception and Assumption of Our Lady.
Please contact the PREP Office at

Tuesday or Wednesday between the hours of
12 Noon and 2 PM.
About PREP
ICA’s Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) is an 8-year program intended to assist parents in fulfilling their obligation in the formation of their children in the Catholic faith. All families are expected to regularly attend Mass on Sundays and on Holy Days of Obligation. The program is available to public school children of families registered at ICA Parish.
PREP Office hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 to 2 PM.
Please do not contact the Parish Center regarding matters pertaining to PREP.
