Jesus | Session 8
Jesus’ Transfiguration provided his disciples with a glimpse of his Divine glory, prior to his final journey to Jerusalem, where death awaited him. As Jesus prepares to enter Jerusalem, his disciples are joined by local people who joyfully acclaim Jesus as king. Amidst this rejoicing, Jesus weeps over the city. As he enters Jerusalem, he proceeds to the Temple courts and drives out the merchants who are polluting the Temple. While he is welcomed by his admirers, he is disdained by the authorities, who plot to have him killed.
Hope to see you there. RSVP for dinner below. Thanks.
