This weekend, we gather to celebrate the Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time.
Our first and second readings call us to righteousness and humility in our journey to and praise of the Lord. In the Gospel, Jesus goes up Mount Olive, where his disciples follow him, and he teaches them about God’s unconditional love for us. He offers the Beatitudes, a series of statements promising blessings and rewards for those who commit themselves as disciples. You can review this weekend's scriptures or consider this meditation.

This weekend's second collection will support our Archdiocese Catholic Schools. The Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic Schools enroll almost 24,000 students served by 40 elementary and middle schools and 18 high schools.
Our Social Action Pillars will support the annual Collection for the Church in Latin America.

Charity Wine Tasting Fundraiser
Join the Knights of Columbus, Ladies of Mary Auxiliary, and guest sommelier, Dr. Victor McCrary, for our Wines of Romance charity wine tasting fundraiser on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at OMIFC. Funds raised will support works of charity in Howard County. Tickets will be on sale after Masses on the weekend of February 3 - 4 or can be purchased online at: www.winetastingfeb2023.eventbrite.com.

Come and support the arts at our partner school, Beechfield Elementary / Middle school, in Baltimore City. They are holding an art Auction on February 16 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. There will be dinner and time to look at the art from 5-6 pm and then the auction will be held from 6-7:30 pm. There will be art from students at Beechfield, Jubilee Arts, and the Baltimore Design School. Proceeds will be shared between the School and artists.
