St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Chicopee, MA, is currently looking for a Parish Secretary to provide support for the pastor, staff, and ministries. This is a part-time, on-site position, working 28 hours per week.

Responsibilities include general office operations: answer phones; interface with the public, our members, and ministry leads; attend staff & Parish Council meetings; manage office supplies; create weekly bulletin and PowerPoint presentations for the Masses; create and distribute church-wide emails and correspondence. Maintain and update the church parishioner’s data online software and the sacramental registries. Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications: Previous office experience, computer proficiency, Microsoft Office package, ability to maintain confidentiality, a self-starter, team player, strong attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in grammar and spelling, and ability to multitask, must be a committed Christian and a member of a local church, a college degree and bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired but not required.
