Dear Parents-
Happy Groundhog’s Day! Unfortunately, Phil saw his shadow upon exiting his burrow this morning and we are therefore predicted to have six more weeks of below average temperatures. This news did not make many people smile as we are very tired of indoor recess. Hopefully we will be able to get some outside recess time for our students soon!
Catholic Schools Week has been a wonderful celebration of all we have to be grateful for. The students and staff have cheerfully participated in all the events and extra projects. For me, one of the highlights so far was the priest/student kickball game after Mass yesterday. My heart was so happy at the sight of our students supporting and cheering for one another. God is so Good!
Enrollment information went out Monday this week. All the information you need to enroll for the 2023-2024 school year was linked there. Please let the office know if you have any questions or need assistance. Filling out financial aid forms by February 22nd will provide you with the best opportunity to receive aid. Last year’s tax information is just fine to use. Thank you for taking care of this so that we can adequately plan for next year.
We are one third of our way to our Catholic United Financial Raffle goal of $17,000.00! Every ticket sold is $5 more towards our new playgrounds. Thank you for your help with this.
We look forward to our Talent Show tomorrow. It is always fun to see the students sharing their talents with everyone. Thank you for encouraging your child to share their light.
Many Blessings-
Mrs. Ashley
