Sacramental Celebrations, Parish Events, St. Luke's Youth, and More!
This past month has been one of sacramental celebrations, as over 100 youth of St. Luke's received First Eucharist and Confirmation. We are so blessed!
Confirmation
Congratulations to 56 youth of St. Luke's who received the sacrament of Confirmation on April 30th with Bishop McManus.
May the gifts of the Holy Spirit inspire and bless you on your faith journey.
First Communion
In early May, 68 second graders received the sacrament of First Eucharist. Smaller groups of youth and their families celebrated with the St. Luke's community during six of our weekend masses. Bless you, children; may you always know the love, peace, and joy of a life in Christ.
Religious Education - Faith Formation Registration
St. Luke’s was very blessed to have such a large class of students who were very active within our parish. Students in this graduating class were altar servers (many since elementary school,) lectors, catechists, youth group members performing community service, and volunteers who traveled to Appalachia in the summers with ASP to do home repair for families in need. We pray that you continue to inspire others with your faith as you take the next steps toward your futures!
Class of 2018 students at the Baccalaureate Mass, Sunday, May 20th
With Gloria Josephs and Msgr. Mike
St. Luke's Youth Group hosted a dinner in honor of those in the class of 2018. Gloria Josephs made a delicious home-cooked meal. It was a relaxing evening with great food, fun conversation, and a few games of volleyball in the back yard.

Memorial Day Mass at St. Luke's Cemetery
Monsignor Mike celebrated the traditional Mass at St. Luke’s Cemetery. The Parade of Veterans started at our cemetery. We thank Lawrence Orlando and Pat Malone for their hard work preparing the cemetery for Memorial Day. We are blessed in so many ways by their love and dedication to our parish.
