Lenten Challenge Series

This series of Eucharistic Meditations is designed to help you spend 30 minutes to an hour in meditation and silent prayer with Jesus during Eucharistic adoration. Even if you cannot be physically present in a church, you can unite yourself spiritually to the Eucharist as you spend this time in prayer. Click below to subscribe to this series.
The Respect Life Ministry will remove the crosses from the Church property on at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18. All are invited to come out and help. Taking them down is a lot easier than putting them up! It should only take about an hour and a half to get them all down and packed away nicely. Kids can help also.
Altar Server Training
Calling all current and new altar servers, for Saturday March 4th, at 10am in the church. Roy Garay is our new volunteer head of the altar server ministry and will be leading the training.
The Knights of Columbus will have a fish fry every Friday during Lent (Feb. 24, March 3, March 10, March 17, March 24 and March 31) from 5 to 7 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 129 CR 146. Alvin, TX 77512. The plates will include fish, green beans, hushpuppies, French fries and tea for $11 per plate.

Concurso de diseño de camisetas para el Bazar
Se les hace la invitación a los feligreses de todas las edades a participar en el concurso para el diseño de camisetas a color para nuestro Bazar Anual 2022. El tema es "Ámense los unos a los otros". El diseño ganador recibirá una camiseta gratis, y el nombre del ganador aparecerá en la camiseta.

All announcements must appear in the bulletin one week prior to being read at Mass. If you have any requests regarding the bulletin, please email bulletin@sacredheartmanvel.org. For bulletin submissions, please send your information by noon by the submission date listed below. All documents must be submitted in a Word, Publisher or PDF file.
