The Mass: When Heaven Touches Earth
"Not as common flesh do we receive [the Eucharist] – God forbid: nor as of a man sanctified and associated with the Word according to the unity of worth, or as having a divine indwelling, but as truly the life-giving and very flesh of the Word himself. For he is the life according to his nature as God, and when he became united to his flesh, he made it also to be life-giving."
~ the Council of Ephesus, A.D. 431

Confessions and Eucharistic Adoration
Adoration is the worship of the Eucharist outside of the Mass. The Eucharistic Host is displayed in a monstrance on the altar so that all can see and pray in the presence of Christ.
Parish Bulletin
"Let us remember that Jesus' transfiguration is not only a vision of what happened, but a prophetic interpretation of what always happens when we accept His invitation to go with Him to the High Places of worship."
~ Fr. Fred
