Dear Parents-
Thank you to all who have made time for conferences over the last few weeks. These meetings are important opportunities for us to collaborate and discuss the educational progress of your child. Our partnership makes the work more fruitful!
Don’t forget our dress down day for St. Patrick’s tomorrow. “The wearing of the green” will be the theme of the day.
Tomorrow night is our Scholarship Night, our gala. Thank you to all who have reserved tables and plan to attend. If you are not able to join us, there are opportunities to bid on items online. Classes have created projects and businesses have donated items for sale. Please participate in any way that you are able. Thank you!
Next week we look forward to Book Week. Please see the list of activities in this newsletter. There are many themed dress days. We will also be enjoying our TEAM Day. Students will have an opportunity to enjoy special themed classes on Thursday afternoon. We look forward to some fun before break.
Everyone is counting the days until Spring Break at the end of next week. I know many have plans for fun and travel. There are no school or care programs from March 27th through March 31st during break as that is when our care programs get a deep clean each year. I hope you enjoy the time with your family.
When we return from break, Holy Week will be upon us and Easter close at hand. We will not be in session on Friday, April 7th (Good Friday) and Monday, April 10th (Easter Monday). Our care programs will be open on Easter Monday. I pray that God has blessed you and your family this Lent. May we all be brought ever closer to Him.
One more week of mandatory snow gear. After Spring Break students will not be required to wear all their snow gear. Please really pay attention to the weather. We will be outside for recess unless the temperature or windchill is below zero. The playground remains very wet and muddy around the equipment for a long time. If your child enjoys playing there, I recommend that they continue to wear their boots and snow pants. Thank you for your help with this.
Many Blessings-
Mrs. Ashley
