Happening this week...
- Adult Faith Formation & Fellowship on Tuesday, March 14 from 6:30-8pm: All are welcome to join us in the Life Center. This week's topic is “Authentic Love/Sexuality”.
- Adoration, Confession, and Mass on Wednesday, March 15: Holy Family will have Adoration with Confession available on Wednesdays during Lent beginning at 5pm, followed by 6:15pm Mass. Confession will be available Confession will be available in all Catholic Churches in the Archdiocese of New Orleans on March 15, 22, and 29 from 5:00pm-6:30pm.
- Human Trafficking 101 on Thursday, March 16 at 6:30pm: Empower 225 will give a presentation in the Parish Center. See the flyer below.
- Stations of the Cross on Friday, March 17: We will have the Stations of the Cross after 8:30am Mass and at 6:30pm.
- Workshop for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion on Saturday, March 18 from 9am-1pm: Holy Family is hosting a workshop for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. Persons attending must have the recommendation of Fr Steve. Please call the office at 985-785-8585 if you are interested in this stewardship opportunity. We are in need of volunteers at all Masses. The cost for the workshop is paid for by Holy Family.
- Blood Drive on Saturday, March 18 from 10am-3pm: Holy Family is hosting a Blood Drive in the Parish Center. Sign up for an appointment here or click the flyer below.

- ACTS Retreats: Registration for the Men's ACTS Retreat on March 23-26 is open! The registration form is here. Ladies, save the date for the Women's ACTS Retreat on June 22-25.
- Born to Run 5K Fundraiser: The Women’s New Life Clinic will hold its annual Born to Run 5k fundraiser event on Saturday, March 25, 2023. To signup, click here click on “Register”. To join our team, type in “Holy Family Catholic Church - Luling” in the “Create/Join a Team” section.
- Annulment Writing Information Session: Holy Family will host a one night seminar on Thursday, March 30 to answer everything you always wanted to know about Annulments but were afraid to ask. See more information here.
- Food Truck Friday: Save the date for our next Food Truck Friday! It will be April 21, 2023 from 2pm-7pm. We are looking for craft vendors to participate in this event. The cost per craft booth is $25. Sign up here.
- ECHO Retreats: ECHO is a dynamic and immersive Catholic retreat experience of St. John Paul II's landmark teaching called the Theology of the Body. Incoming High School Juniors & Seniors: Join Fr Steve for this profound seminar, during the Summer “Echo” sessions located in Abbeville (June 5-8) and Pineville (July 24-27). - Weekend Marriage Retreat in August: Married couples are invited to spend a weekend together at the St. Joseph Abbey Retreat Center on August 26-27, 2023. The retreat is sponsored by Holy Family. Limited spots are available. Register here.
Holy Family Summer Camp News
- Holy Family Summer Camp is looking for Camp Supervisors and Camp Counselors for our upcoming Summer Camp Program. Summer Camp will run for 7 weeks from June 5th thru July 28th. Camp will be closed the week of 4th of July. Applicants must be at least 17 years old to apply. Applications are available in the preschool office between the hours of 8am-4pm. We have many fun events and field trips planned this summer. Come and join our team. Call 985-785-9244 for more information.
