Parish-wide Lenten Discipleship Opportunity!
This is the last weekend that Easter Food Boxes will be available in the Narthex for parishioners to take and fill, and the last week to fill them before they will be collected! We are looking for volunteers to help with a variety of logistics, including putting the boxes together, replenishing empty boxes throughout the week, and helping to load the filled boxes on the truck when they are returned on March 25th and 26th.
Students in grades 6 or older are welcome to volunteer as a discipleship opportunity. All volunteers 18 years or older must be safe-environment-compliant. If you can help, please use the sign-up form on the left to select your spot! Thank you!
Please note that the Food Donation box will temporarily be relocated in the Narthex to accommodate the Easter boxes. Thank you for your continued generosity!

We have been asked to provide additional specialized needs beyond our standard list. We will provide periodic additional needs, but please note that this is in addition to the supplies that are always needed consistently.

Update from Stephen Smith, Director of Sacred Music
To the members of St. Joan of Arc Parish:
Greetings from Rome! I hope you all are well and that you are having a fruitful Lent.
I am writing to inform you all that I have been offered and accepted an extension on my current position as Director of Liturgical Music at the Pontifical North American College in Rome, Italy. Because of this, I will be fully stepping away from my role as Director of Sacred Music at St. Joan of Arc. I will be assisting Fr. Black in the hiring of a replacement and will help to ensure it's a smooth transition.
Thank you to all who supported the music program over these last three years. It has been an honor and a privilege to make music with you all. A special word of thanks to Bob Wisniewski for running the music program in the interim since September, and for Crystal Bensonhaver leading the choir. I would also like to thank the choir, cantors, and instrumentalists who have so generously given of their time in service to the liturgy.
I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to get to know you and serve you these past three years. I ask for your prayers as I continue to teach these men in formation for the priesthood. Please be assured of my prayers for you all.
