Congratulations to the 8th Grade Class of 2018! Last week was a whirlwind of celebrations for our 8th grade students with a moving Presentation Ceremony on Monday night followed by a catered reception in the cafeteria, the 8th Grade Dance on Thursday night at the Grand Oaks, culminating in a beautiful Graduation Ceremony on Friday night.
We would like to congratulate all of the 8th graders on their graduation and their many accomplishments over their years here at St. Patrick's! We send them off with blessings and well-wishes for all of their future plans! We hope you will always consider St. Patrick's your home and we hope you will come back to visit at future events!
Thank You 7th Grade! We would like to take a moment to thank the 7th grade families for their generous donations toward the 8th Grade Presentation Reception and 8th Grade Dance, which allowed 7th grade parent chairs & volunteers Dina Capano, Carolyn Gannon, Patty Gabriel, Jennifer Purpura, Vivian Forlano & Gail Geraghty to prepare a beautiful "Sea's the Day" sailing themed Presentation Reception & 8th Grade Dance for the graduating class.
For the Presentation Reception, they did an amazing job of decorating the school cafeteria & lobby complete with an actual gangplank entrance built by 7th grade dad Rich Purpura and provided delicious food from Bassett Catering. They even created our school's first "step & repeat" logo backdrop in front of which students & faculty took many group shots and selfie's!
8th Grade students and parents gathered for one of the last times together as a St. Patrick's class family before officially graduating - it was a beautiful night!
The 8th Grade Dance was held at the Grand Oaks Country Club and our event chairs created another beautiful experience for the students complete with DJ, photographer, photo booth, favors and a candy bar - the graduates had an amazing night together!
Thank you 7th event chairs & volunteersfor all of your hard work throughout the school year to prepare these beautiful experiences and huge thanks to all of the 7th grade (soon-to-be 8th grade!) families for their generosity & donations!
Congratulations 8th Grade Class of 2018!!
