Dear MoST,
The meeting this morning was exceptionally good with active participation by 13 members. Here are the highlights:
- Extensive discussion on the Gospel where Jesus healed the blind man*.
- Acknowledged the leadership of MoST in the STA Day of Giving
- Efforts under way to follow up on the No Regrets workshop on help for parishioners to not leave a mess for their loved ones.
- Informative insights on the STA Annual Budget and changes taking place
- Starting preparations for the Mother's Day Brunch, MoST's biggest event of the year.
- Name tags and polo shirts for MoST members - get them for Mother's Day Brunch
- April outing (possibly a bon fire) of MoST with the Purdue Catholic Men group.
*Subsequent to the meeting Vince watched
Bishop Barron’s Sunday Sermon on YouTube. Bishop Barron’s insights were far beyond the meaningful discussion this morning. He suggests that all of us are the blind man. This 15-minute sermon is must watch.
For the MoST,
