This Mass and Procession commemorating the 98th anniversary of the death of Fr. Peter Yorke will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery. Fr. Yorke was an advocate for education, labor, and the Irish nationalist movement. He was the former pastor of St. Peter's and editor of The Leader newspaper. Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a procession to his gravesite. The United Irish Societies sponsors this day.
