Religious Freedom is so important that our Founding Father saw fit to make it the very 1st Freedom guaranteed is the 1st Amendment (along w/ Speech, Assembly, Press and Petition the Government to redress grievances.)
Religious Freedom week runs from June 22 (Feast of St. Thomas More & Bishop John Fisher: both Martyred in England) ~ June 29 (Feast of Sts. Peter & Paul).
Serving Others in God's Love:We are called to follow Christ as missionary disciples by serving others and living our faith in all that we do. Let us take a few moments each day from June 22 - June 29 to pray, reflect, and take action on religious liberty, both here in this country and abroad. (for more info. go to the USCCB website ! type in Religious Freedom week);
