Our own Jojo Concepcion is the leader of the Catholic Charismatic renewal in the Diocese of Phoenix. We have been working with Jojo and Bishop Nevares to plan a Diocese-wide Charismatic renewal event for Pentecost Eve, Saturday, May 27, 2023, at St Francis Parish in Phoenix. This will be a wonderful day of Praise and Worship, Mass with Bishop Nevares, and speakers such as Fr Charlie Goraieb, Fr Frankie Cicero, Fr Greg Menegay, and others. The goal is to unify all the various groups in the Diocese and to celebrate the Power of the Holy Spirit together!
Note: COTL will not be having our own separate Pentecost celebration this year but will be fully supporting this event as a community.
