For more than 100 years, Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes has been providing care and support to families in their time of need. Preplanning your Catholic funeral and burial is one of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones. Our caring and professional staff will help guide you and your family in a way that honors the rich traditions and spiritual foundations of our Catholic faith.
Please attend one of their informational seminars on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, April 22nd and 23rd, in the Parish Hall after the 4:30pm, 7am, 8:30am and 10:30am Masses. Learn more about Catholic funeral arrangements and why you should be buried in a Catholic Cemetery. Refreshments will be provided.

Potluck Brunch
Moms of all ages are welcome to join us for our moms group meeting on Tuesday, April 25th
from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Please join us for a
potluck brunch.
This group is designed to bring together both new and experienced
mothers to encourage one another to make Catholicism the center of
their family life. By supporting, sharing with and learning from other
mothers, we strive to strengthen our children’s relationship with God
and to form lasting bonds in our Catholic community. Our ministry offers
spiritual activities, social and family events, play groups and meal
support for one another.

WORLD-FAMOUS FATIMA STATUE COMING
TO ST. GABRIEL THE ARCHANGEL PARISH

The world -famous International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima, which has been traveling for 75 years, will be at St Gabriel Church beginning at about 7:30 AM on Friday, May 5th 2023 through 9 AM Saturday May 6th.
After being blessed by the Bishop of Leiria, Fatima on October 13, 1947, the statue left Fatima and was flown to America to begin its tours. The Bishop prayed that our Lady’s presence would travel with it wherever she went. It was blessed again in 1952by Pope Pius XII, who had crowned the originalstatuein Fatima as Queen of the World just a few years earlier.
On the 75th anniversary year the mission of the Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Fatima continues the same, to bring the message of Fatima – the Peace Plan of Heaven – to a world in need. Our Lord told Sister Lucia, the oldest of the three seers at Fatima, that he had entrusted the peace of the world to the Immaculate Heart.
The International Pilgrim Virgin Statue has visited more than 100 countries, including Russia and China, bringing Mary’s powerful message of salvation and hope to millions of people. Countless favors and graces have been reported wherever the Virgin Statue has traveled.
We hope you will come and experience the blessings of Our Lady during this special statue visitation, sponsored by the World Apostolate of Fatima, USA – Our Lady’s Blue Army. (www.bluearmy.com). Pre-planning the liturgy and
music for your Funeral Mass
We would like to let all parishioners know that this service is available to you. This is strictly for planning your Funeral Mass at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church. It simply involves making an appointment with our Funeral Coordinator, Deb Vinci, who can be reached at set@stgacc.org or 480-595-0883, ext. 8221. At that appointment, you can choose the readings and appropriate music that you would like for your Funeral Mass. We will store that information for you. This makes it easier for your family when the time comes, because the death of a loved one comes with many tasks that are difficult for grieving family members. With pre-planning, you’ll know that your family will find comfort in having the details decided by you in advance. You may also pre-plan your additional burial details with Catholic Cemeteries & Funeral Homes, contact is Carmen Colao, 602-267-1329.

chapstick, small sunscreen and unused
baseball caps. No opened items please.
