Are you an adult Catholic interested in receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation? This Sacrament "confirms" our Baptism and completes our Sacraments of Initiation. The gifts of the Holy Spirit we received at Baptism are strengthened and we are filled with God’s grace through the anointing of Chrism oil and the laying on of hands by a Bishop.
Adult Confirmation Preparation is for adults over 18 years of age, who have been baptized in the Roman Catholic Church and who have received First Holy Communion, but have not been confirmed.
Preparation via Zoom in May
Sessions begin Wednesday, May 10 at 6:30pm and take place on select Tuesdays & Wednesdays in May.
Prepared Candidates will receive the sacrament at the Cathedral of St. Mary on Sunday, May 28 at 11:00 am.
