The Philadelphia’s Office of the Mayor, City Council, the Office of Children & Families, Managing Director’s Office, and 211 are joining to host an all-hands-on-deck Parent & Youth Resource Fair at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Sat., May 6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Many City agencies and service providers will share information, materials, and guidance to assist and support children and teens. Young people can get connected to:
- Summer camps.
- Late afternoon/evening activities.
- Emotional support.
- Mentoring
- Conflict resolution.
- Food support, and more.
These services and programs can make a difference in a young person’s life and will give parents the support they need to find, safe, fun, and enriching activities for their children and teens.
The Fair will feature giveaways, a DJ, parent workshops, and free refreshments.
