Our Council has historically served breakfast after the 8 Am and 11 AM masses on the 5th Sunday of the Month. July 29th would be the next opportunity to provide this and we have targeted support of the Parish Youth Activities as the recipient of the proceeds.

Several circumstances are causing the concern as to being able to support his event on that date.

Our primary Cook, Bob Herman and his wonderful supporting family have been the primary reason for previous success and they will not be available on this date.
So we are concerned we do not have a supporting staff with our Council Members to fulfill this obligation.

So we ask that you respond to this 2 part email before Wednesday July 18th so that we can either plan for the event or notify Father and his staff that there will be no hosted breakfast this month.

Our Council Leadership is quite concerned that we have made a commitment and may not fulfill this obligation but we would rather cancel that have it scheduled and not be able to support this.
