Dear Parishioners,
Pentecost
A white pigeon greeted people as they entered our church this weekend.
Mass Attendance
We saw a jump of 69 people this weekend for a total of 937. That's more than any weekend last year between the 3rd Sunday of Easter and the 3rd Sunday of Advent.

2024 Sunday Mass Schedule
I appreciate all the feedback. I apologize if the discussion has bothered anyone. Exploring the possibilities has helped me get a better understanding of the needs of our parishioners and to plan for the future. I also realize that change can be very hard. Unless someone presents me with ideas that haven't already been presented, then our 2024 Sunday Mass Schedule will be Saturdays at 4 PM & 6 PM and Sundays at 9 AM and 11 AM. This schedule is very similar to our pre-pandemic schedule.
Retreat
I will be on retreat from Monday through Friday and will not be checking e-mail or messages.
Memorial Day
I didn't emphasize Memorial Day today because we have celebrated Pentecost, the third biggest feast after Easter and Christmas. Since tomorrow is Memorial Day, I offer a related item. The Knights of Columbus have produced a short film about US Army Chaplain Fr. Emil Kapaun.
God love you,
Fr. Jim
