Formation Class
Praying the Psalms
Tonight at 7PM in Charity Hall, Deacon Matt will finish the adult prayer formation series by teaching about praying with the Psalms. We will discuss how we can pray the psalms every day with the Liturgy of the Hours, and we will dig into some of the symbolism in Psalms that will help to show their deeper meaning. Even if you missed the earlier sessions, you are invited to come!
RCIA Classes Forming
Would you or someone you know like to learn about the Catholic faith and journey towards receiving Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist. Please contact Robyn at the parish office 943-4353 to register. Our first inquiry class is Thursday, August 30 at 7pm.

If you have a student attending public schools this year in grades K - 8, please contact the parish office this week to register them for PSR. Classes will begin September 30.

Are you stretched and would like a way to refuel and be refreshed while making authentic connections with others? Would you like to have a better understanding of your faith and learn more about God? Are you searching for something more in your life? We invite you to consider joining Walking with Purpose at Christ the King. We will be offering two different studies this session, which will run from fall through spring. Opening Your Heart, the WWP foundational study, is designed for a woman new to WWP with or without any Bible study experience. Come as you are to learn how the Scriptures apply to our everyday lives.
Our second study, Touching the Divine, focuses on the qualities of Jesus revealed through the gospel of John and draws us into a deeper relationship with Christ as we reflect upon His personality and unconditional love for us. Opening Your Heart will be offered on a weekday evening, TBD. Touching the Divine will meet Wednesday mornings. Both groups will start the last week of August and meet bi-weekly.
