Blessing of Animals at 1pm
This event will take place outside (weather permitting) between the church and the Parish Center. If it rains the blessing will take place under the porte-cochère (covered walkway, parking lot side). This event is in honor of St. Francis of Assisi who was a lover of all God’s creatures. The saint’s feast day is October 4. All animals are welcome to be a part of this blessing, so long as they are on a leash or in a cage or box.
