Thanks very much to Greiners for bringing snacks all week. Bennett is on the snack list next week. Next week we'll have school pictures on Tuesday October 9th and Fire Safety Day is on that day also. Wednesday we will have an early out. Since its getting to be that time of year please have your child bring a hat and gloves every day.
Math- Monday we'll finish our last lesson in chapter 2, and I'm hoping Wednesday they will all be ready for the test.
Reading- Our reading and spelling tests will be Monday, then we'll begin our next selection titled "The Ugly Vegetables." We will focus on drawing conclusions, homophones, double consonants, and proper nouns.
Science- This week we made habitats for our mystery bug and for our darkling beetles. The class will continue observing and describing what changes they see. Let me know if you have any questions, have a great weekend!
