Thanks to Noel Storer, Sarah Castellanos, and their team, Rosie Castellanos and Mike Mills for the Food, Van Brunts, Poppeltons, and TJ Smith for the OLG dramatic presentation, our Mariachis, and everyone who helped put together a wonderful and well-attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Celebration at COTL last Sunday! We had close to 150 attendees and many guests.
Las Posadas

Saturday, December 16th, 2023 at 6:30-9PM
The Las Posadas procession
will begin at Knebelsberger driveway and end at Spenla’s for festivities.
If possible, please park in OLMC parking lot. Spenla’s back gate will be open to come through and drop off goodies at Spenla’s. Please bring finger-food snacks and cookies to share. Drop off goodies at Spenla’s on a table in carport or in backyard before the event begins. Drinks provided.
Please come with battery-operated candle, lamp or flashlight.

I know this is a busy season for many but in case you have some extra time……Work days at the Community Center make our center great again!
Saturday, Dec 16 and Dec 23 from 7 am to 10 am.
Come anytime during those hours

The following are some of the tasks at hand:
Cut down 2 dead trees in parking lot
Cut slot in curb SW corner of parking lot for drainage
Install water heater
Organize workshop
Sort through and store/toss remnants from the great flood
Clean nooks and crannies of center upstairs and downstairs (clear out all rat poop)
Clean alley
Clean entry to main hall
Other items ???
No worries if you can’t make it this time around. I plan to schedule a maintenance day every month or 2 throughout the year.

Praise and Worship in Our Main Hall at 4:00 PM and
Mass at 4:30 PM.
