Our EDGE Night season has been off to such a great start! Our first two Sundays have been full of energy and engagement! Keep it up. We're so humbled to be part of the awesome movement that is our Life Teen & EDGE youth ministries.
Reminder: There are NO EDGE Nights this coming Sunday night, Oct. 14th OR on Sunday, Oct. 21st. We are freeing up this Sunday evening in the hopes that your children (and their families!) join us for one or all nights of our
Fall Mission with Fr. Dave Dwyer this coming Monday-Wednesday evening from 7-8:30p in the Worship Space. On the following Sunday, Oct. 21st, we have a crew of about 20 middle schoolers and adults attending the Diocesan Middle School Rally in Charlottesville for the day. Thus, there will be no evening EDGE Night. Our new Associate Youth Advocate, Peyton Thomasson, will be joining the group going to the Rally as her first official activity with us!
When we all resume EDGE Nights on Sunday, Oct. 28th, Peyton will be present and ready to meet our awesome middle schoolers and their parents. Feel free to send warm wishes and welcome to Peyton as she starts her ministry this coming Monday! You can send her a note at:

our Fall Mission is going to be top-notch! I really think you are going to enjoy Fr. Dave. He's witty, he's funny, and has a whole lot of answers and wisdom about the Catholic faith! He'll be preaching the homily at all the Masses this weekend, so you'll get a taste of who he is. He's a powerful witness of someone using their gifts and talents for the good of the Church. He went from being a producer and director at HBO, MTV, and Comedy Central, to eventually listening the call to become a Catholic priest. He then went on to use his gifts and skills in communications with the founding of Busted Halo Ministries and his own radio show on The Catholic Channel/Sirius XM. Talk about evangelization! Join us! You'll like him.
