Wanted to let everyone know that we are now serving a new "friend" right in the Chalfont area!  Our "friend" has been paired with a St. Jude parishioner "visitor" who will be bringing the meals you've made, nourishing body & soul.  Your meals are much appreciated.. please keep all our dear needy "friends" in your prayers.
