Thank you to all of those who came out to pray last night at candlelight adoration last night at St. John the Baptist. One more opportunity for candlelight adoration during Lent is in two weeks at St. Patrick. Please come out and join us!
- Fr. Joe and the Pastorate 18 Staff
We need your help! The Transition Team for our new parish is gathering information on all the activities taking place within our parishes and schools. This includes fundraisers, evangelization, community events, community service, and a variety of other events. We are a busy and vibrant group!
The information collected will be passed on to the new Pastoral Council so they will have what they need to make informed decisions across our Pastorate. It will also help us help each other! We may have resourses or information that we can share between our churches that will help make carrying out our mission a little easier.
You may have received a Google form asking for information about activities you are involved with. If you have, please fill out the form and submit it as soon as you can. If we missed you, please contact Mercy Ranum at mcranum@gmail.com to submit information on your event or group. Thank you!

Blessed Trinity's re-enrollment period is currently open. Returning families, please make sure to complete all re-enrollment paperwork and online enrollment information as soon as possible to guarantee your spot for next year.
Our open enrollment period will open tomorrow, on March 1! Please spread the word about our awesome school to family and friends who have students entering 4K - grade 8: word of mouth is the best way to recruit!
This month, our 3rd and 4th graders dove into the story of Moses and the 10 plagues. They thoroughly enjoyed learning about each of the 10 plagues and imagining what the problems of each would mean for daily life. They ended the unit by watching Fr. Enan's favorite movie, The Prince of Egypt. Our 7/8 graders will be picking up on the promises given to the Israelites upon their departure into the desert as they look at what the true meaning of Freedom is getting ready for Easter. At our Diocesan retreat, our teachers looked at how the Beatitudes fulfilled what the 10 Commandments began. It's amazing and a blessing to see how everything connects across the formation of all of our staff and students!
Reach out to Alicia Zepp, principal of Blessed Trinity, to learn more about what's happening at school or how to enroll!
St. John school students are learning about the virtue of honesty this month. A kindergarten student has really exemplified this virtue by being honest about her Lenten promise! She has declined a few birthday treats and dessert at lunch because she gave up sweets for Lent. She is not afraid to tell everyone about her Lenten promise and to stay true to it! We are very proud of this little one.
Our school is growing closer to God this Lent by proclaiming the saying IC2KG! It stands for "I Choose to Know God". When we choose to KNOW God, we open a relationship with him. We are called to LOVE Him, and love without works is incomplete so we SERVE Him. We are called to evangelize, so we want to SHARE the best gift on the planet! We are gathering together as a school each week during Lent to discover how we have each known, loved, served, and shared to help make disciples in our families and community.
Join the hundreds of other happy families that come to partake in one of the best Fish Frys in the Midwest this Lent at St. Michael in Dane! The Fish Fry is available TOMORROW NIGHT (March 1st) by Drive Thru from 4:30 - 7:00PM. Keep an eye out in the drive thru line, as the priests of Pastorate 18 take turns handing out the numbers!
