Our PREP students make a difference
The children of St. Jude PREP collected over 150 jars of peanut butter and jelly for the Philadelphia Archdiocese Nutritional Development Services Program. The organization serves nourishing meals to children in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities who may be in centers, shelters, and residential child care programs. We are so proud of our wonderful students!

The Tree of Life
The original Tree of Life in Eden was fulfilled in the Cross of Christ. It is thus fitting that this specially commissioned work of art is placed at the beginning of the People of God windows in our newly renovated church.
Our upcoming Virtual Tour will explain the amazing story that is told through the perimeter of our church. Visit ourRenovations pagefor a beautiful slideshow and Memorial booklet, and please consider sponsoring this piece.

Thanksgiving and American Saints
Here are two American women, both Italian immigrants, who served God's children in very different communities.
The fastest nun in the West, Sr. Blandina served the poor of the Wild West, demanded social justice, and stood up to lynch mobs and Billy the Kid.
Deathly afraid of water and in frail health, nothing stopped St. Frances Cabrini. She served the Italian immigrants in New York City, then traveled across the ocean more than 30 times founding schools, hospitals, and orphanages.
How and why to say "Thank You"
Do you apologize over and over? Do you apologize when people help you? Fr. Mike tells us why you should stop doing that and how to create a future with "thank you."
PS - Remember to pass this on to others you think might benefit!
