🔥 Solemnity this Sunday 4/7, the 8th day of Easter, is...
DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY, a universal celebration instituted by Pope St. John Paul II, who had a personal devotion to the Divine Mercy image given to us by Saint Faustina Kowalska. Appearing to St. Faustina, the Lord expressed his desire to share with the world his Divine Mercy above all things.
As a person, as a country, as a world, do we not need God’s mercy more and more in these times? For the sake of our souls, can we afford not to listen to what Jesus told us through St. Faustina about his mercy and what our response to is should be?
Divine Mercy Sunday is the Sunday following Easter.
Various devotional items and DVDs will be available for sale in the Narthex.
Three highly influential saints lived in Krakow at roughly the same moment in history: St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Faustina Kowalska, and Pope St. John Paul II.
