The young adults of the parish
began a monthly Holy Hour and Pub Social in December.The first event was Tuesday Dec 4. The Holy Hour ran from 730-830pm in the main church followed by a social at a local pub. During the Holy Hour, they had a brief meditation, some music, some personal prayer, night prayer, and benediction.
This event will be held every second Monday of the month. It is open to all young adults of the parish and the greater Raleigh area. 45 attended the first event!
The next Holy Hour and Pub Social will be held on January 14.
Lastly, we cannot forget that evangelization is first and foremost about preaching the Gospel to those who do not know Jesus Christ or who have always rejected him. (Pope Francis EVANGELII GAUDIUM)
