Sunday evening we will be celebrating Advent service with six of the other local Missionary Churches. PLEASE NOTICE THAT THE TIME OF THE SERVICE IS 6:00!!
I’ve been advertising the wrong time for a few weeks. 6:00 is the correct time of the service! We will be represented in the service with several musicians from The Ridge, including an instrumental.
Meet with us at Harvester Missionary Church, 3331 Harvester Avenue.
The youth group and Men’s Bible Study will not be meeting because of the Advent Service

We still have Advent devotionals for you and your family that have been put together by some of the Missionary Church pastors here in Fort Wayne. It’s not too late to pick one up! We have many copies left, so please feel free to take one.
We have enough that everyone can have their own, i.e., husbands and wives do not need to share them. They are free of charge, so pick up yours on Sunday!

Our Christmas series will continue this week, with our second installment, Son of David. The title of the series is also the title of all four messages: Son of Mary, Son of David, Son of Man, Son of God.
Our text this week is Isaiah 9.1-7. We will also be sharing communion.

A big thank you to Brenda Wilder for updating, printing, and distributed our new and improved church directories. If you would like one and haven’t gotten yours yet, please see Brenda!

On Sunday the 16th, our children are going to be presenting a play, The Christmas Chronicles. It will be delightful! Please be in prayer for the parents who will attend that do not attend more than once or twice a year when their child is on stage. Pray that the message of Christmas can reach them.

Bonnie Bruns’ ladies’ teas have been enormous successes. If you would still like to attend, there is one more scheduled for next Sunday, December 9, at 2:30. You can sign up in the lobby.
