Sunday morning, we will share the third installment of our Christmas series, Son of Man. Our text is John 3.1-16.
Several of you pointed out an error I made in the message last week. Mohammed was born in 570 AD, not BC.
In case you are wondering, I truly do appreciate those of you who follow so closely, and then feel free to point out these kinds of things to me. I try hard in my research to double and triple check my notes, but things slip through! I need people to be watching for me!

Men’s Bible Study and Youth Group are back online this week, both meeting Sunday evening at 6:00.

I want to send a shout out thank you to John and Angie Kochert for faithfully setting up communion for us every month. A mistake I do not want to make is to take for granted those who continue on their ministries without having to be prodded or even reminded. Thank you, John and Angie!

A ministry that we truly need to launch is a follow-up team to make immediate contact with our guests each week. If you are interested in participating, please let me know.

Next week, on Sunday the 16th, our children are going to be presenting the play Christmas Chronicles. It will be delightful! Please be in prayer for the parents who will attend that do not attend more than once or twice a year when their child is on stage. Pray that the message of Christmas and the gospel can reach them.

Bonnie Bruns’ third Ladies’ Tea is scheduled for this Sunday at 2:30. If you are still interesting in attending but have not signed up, please contact Bonnie.

This Christmas, Eileen, Lydia and myself will be traveling to see some of our kids, so we will not have a Christmas Eve family communion here at The Ridge.
