A big "thank you" to everyone who has taken ornaments for our annual Giving Tree! Almost all the ornaments have been taken. The few that remain are available for pick up on the mobile tree at school drop off or by contacting julie@standrew.org.
All items for the Giving Tree should be returned by this Thursday, December 13, 2018 so they can be processed and prepared as gifts to our friends at St. Mary of the Lake School. Thank you to everyone who helped out!

Biddy Basketball Sign Up Now Open
We've begun registration for this year's basketball league for JK - 3rd graders. Biddy Basketball is a favorite event for families of our community on Sunday afternoons starting in early January through February 24th. The league is open to neighbors and friends. Registration deadline is December 28, 2018. Sign up now!
Advent Speaker Series
You've heard of gold, frankincense, and myrrh, but do you know their meaning as gifts from the Magi? Plan on joining us for the remaining 2 talks (for adults and children) on Wednesday December 12 & 19, 2018 at 7:00pm in which you'll not only learn about the gifts, but also take home your own keepsake of frankincense, and myrrh! Clean Up in the Center Aisle....
Stay after the 5:30pm Mass on Sunday, December 16, 2018 to help clean the church in preparation for Christmas. This is an ideal service project for young and old alike No reservations. Just come as you are!
Continue to have a great week! And as you do, here is a small challenge for you. Christmas is just two weeks away. You probably have a lot of shopping to do, parties to go to, and many other details. Instead of running into the chaos of everything, take 15 minutes and just focus on gratitude. Say a prayer of thanks to God and let God know of everything and everyone you are grateful for. It will help bring a lot of balance to your week and make the coming of Christmas that much more meaningful! Let us know how it goes!
