Speaking Up
One day, we will all be asked what we did. How will you answer God? It was a difficult week. This week many of you did not remain silent. You called, wrote and stopped in to ask what we can do about the Bill. If you are opposed to infanticide, if you are opposed to the lives of infants being terminated seconds before they are going to be delivered, if you are opposed to the murder of millions upon millions of human beings, speak up – call, write, pray. It's LIFE, not an "option".

A Weekend of Tea
The A & R Society will host Afternoon (and morning!) Tea after every Mass on March 2nd and 3rd, to recruit ladies of the parish as new members! If you aren’t sure what the Society does, or if you think all they do is “clean the Church” (you would be wrong, by the way), this is your opportunity to hear about all the wonderful things they have done over the year. Put it on your calendar, and make sure to stop by.
Prayer for Reparation
Beginning this Sunday, we will end each Mass with a Prayer of Reparation for Sin, for those who committed, received, aided, encouraged or abetted the horror of abortion, as well as for all of us who live in a society which condones it. It will be available to you in the vestibule next weekend, as well as printed on the cover of our bulletin. We encourage you to pray it every day. The murder of millions of innocent lives has not gone unnoticed by our Patroness, whose “Yes” became the most important unplanned pregnancy of all time.
Parish Pride
Each year our Parish is honored to have parishioners named Grand Marshal and/or Aides of the Sleepy Hollow St. Patrick’s Parade. Each year our Parish is woefully under represented at it. Have you ever attended it? Have you ever walked in it? Sure it’s cold out, but it is also so much fun – and you don’t have to be Irish to march. If you would like to walk, meet the crew on Main Street between 12:30 and 12:45PM (you can't miss the ICC Banner), or call the Rectory. We will put you in touch with our organizers.
This year our own Isabel Milano will be Grand Marshal, and Detective Mike Toolan will be an Aide. A well-deserved congratulations to them both!
