Mayor Bracey also reminds residents that a snow emergency is still in effect in the City of York and parking is prohibited on all snow emergency routes until further notice.
This declaration of disaster emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
UPDATE FROM FATHER CARROLL...
Since Father Hoa and I live here, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will still be offered at 4:30 pm this evening, 10:45 am and 5:30 pm tomorrow. Those who live within walking distance are welcome to join us. However, I am strongly encouraging everyone at least today to stay home. The intentions scheduled for this weekend will be rescheduled and we will be offering all Masses for those who have to be out working during this storm. This declaration of disaster means there is to be NO TRAVEL within the City limits. Therefore, the campus of Saint Patrick Church is now closed for the duration of the disaster emergency. From the pictures you can see why.
