The Conference on Pornography: the New Drug
If you haven't already registered for the CMA's Feb. 23rd Conference on Pornography, don't worry, there's still time! With pornography infecting our children as early as eight, causing addiction and promoting sexual deviancy, damaging brain chemistry, and contributing to human trafficking, it has rightly been called a public health crisis. The conference is free to students (of any age, at any school) and only $25 for everyone else. For more on the conference, click here; it's all ready to share on social media. Equal Rights Institute - FREE Training Webinar - "Equipped for Life"
The ERI team, in partnership with Students for Life of America, is presenting a webinar on understanding and responding to bodily rights arguments for abortion. They'll be playing three lessons from the Equipped for Life Course, including how to respond to the famous violinist thought experiment. Josh Brahm of ERI and SFLA’s Lori Cascio will take questions at the end of the webinar. To register, click here.
Lessons to be covered:
Understanding What Pro-Choice People Really Mean: What are bodily rights arguments, and why it is important that pro-lifers understand them.
The Sovereign Zone Argument: The first type of bodily rights argument, that women's bodies are sovereign zones, therefore they can do anything they want with anything inside of their bodies.
Right to Refuse Arguments: Responding to arguments like the violinist argument, that women have a right to refuse the use of their bodies to anyone that wants to use them.

In Closing
There is no doubt that we live in interesting times. But Scripture is full of promises that those who stand for Christ in the face of the world's rejections shall receive their reward in due course. Likewise, Scripture is full of promises that true victory is to be found in God. Stay strong and keep the faith, my brothers and sisters!
