2nd Annual Compassion Bag Project
All 8th-grade and high school students are invited to attend our 2nd annual compassion bag project. This is a service project to help our brothers and sisters who are experiencing homelessness.
This service project which will take place on February 24 at the 11 am Mass and conclude at the youth center at 1.30pm.
Students will “run” all aspects of the liturgy and music. After Mass, we will head over to the youth center for the project and will include lunch.
We are still looking for a few students to help with the Mass on February 24th at 11 am. Please click the link below to register.
We are also still in need of supplies for our compassion bags. We are asking for donations of McDonald's gift cards, travel size deodorant, shampoo, band aids, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, prayer cards, hand warms, small bottled water, cough drops, and socks. Donations can be dropped off in a tote labeled "Compassion Bag Donations" located in the Narthex by Sunday, February 24 11 am.
All 8th-grade and high school students should click the link below to register for a Mass spot and RSVP to the event. We want to make sure we have enough food for everyone.
As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another. Peter 4:10
