A PARISH WIDE LENTEN STUDY
"Into the Desert: A Lenten Study on Prayer"You are invited to join us at Formed.org on our community page for a parish wide study! Many of us have trouble committing to daily prayer, yet it is a necessity in the Christian life and the way to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Using Lectio Divina, Dr. Tim Gray will show us how to open the Holy Scriptures and connect our lives to Christ's in and through His love. This is a six week home video study with daily reflections. Resources are available on line or you may order a workbook through the website. You may also connect with other parishioners through the online discussion. Lent is the forty-day liturgical season of fasting, special prayer and almsgiving in preparation for Easter. Flocknote is offering a daily email to increase your knowledge of Lent and your faith. This email will challenge you to a charitable act each day. It will also help you strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ.
