40 Hours of Devotion
The Lenten season begins next week on Ash Wednesday, March 6th. Lent is a 40 day liturgical season of prayer, fasting and almsgiving that prepares us for Easter. Prayer, reflection and devotion are a very important part of the season and once again this year, we are beginning the Lenten season with a special 40 hour devotion.
This continuous forty hours of Eucharistic Adoration will begin immediately after the 7:00 PM Mass on Ash Wednesday, March 6th and conclude at noon on Friday, March 8th. You are free to drop in for a visit in the chapel at any time during these Forty Hours.
I am asking you to sign up for a one hour time of devotion. You can do that by clicking the link below that will take you to Sign Up Genius. Will you spend one hour with Him?.
Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
Fr. John

Lenten Seekers Series
Are you longing for community? Do you know someone who is longing for community? Come join our Church community this Lent for conversations surrounding God and our Catholic faith.
Lots of people attend Church on Easter. Here is a chance to invite your family and friends who are occasional guests at Church to engage in dialogue. We start where you are and we share our stories and faith. This is an opportunity to share the gift of community as we all prepare for the great feast of Jesus' Resurrection at Easter.
Who is invited: You, every parishioner, every person and guest.
Where: In the Narthex of our Church.
When: Join us from 6:00-7:30 pm in the Church Narthex on March 13th, 20th, and 27th.
What we will discuss:
Wed, March 13 - “Why I’m not Leaving Christ’s Church”
Fr, John, our Pastor, will lead an open discussion about the Church and the present crisis. A crisis is not a disaster, it is, however, a time of decision and change. What do we need and what can we hope for?
Wed, March 20 - “The Joy of Missing Out”
When was the last time you gave up something you really wanted... and in return experienced God’s gift of joy?
Wed, March 27 - “You’re a Bigger Deal Than You Think”
We are His eyes, His ears, His hands and feet. How is it that we reflect God’s image in our daily lives?
