Bible Study - Mondays at 7pm
We continue our weekly bible study Mondays at 7 PM in St. Martha’s Main Church. Join us as we continue studying the Book of Exodus. We are an informal group and encourage all to join. No prior bible study experience is necessary! We will be meeting in the parlor of the main church (first door in the left side hallway)

Volunteering with Catholic Charities
Join us to volunteer with Catholic Charities!
Saturday March 23rd at 8 am.
We will carpool from Kingwood at 7:15 am. Please text Matt for details 281-299-6775.
Rain or shine we hope to see you there!
We will be working their food pantry, assembling and distributing food packages for families in need. Volunteers will be outdoors the majority of the time. Wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothes.The front door to the building is locked while the families line up and wait. Volunteers can meet by the front door and will be let in by one of the Catholic Charities workers.
This is an opportunity to offer a hand up to our neighbors lacking access to basic needs.

New Member Weekend
We are in need of volunteers for our new member weekend. April 6th and 7th. Members will be needed after mass to answer questions and distribute information. We will go to dinner at Jason's Deli as a group after the 5:30 pm Mass. Please use the below survey if you would like to volunteer.

Stations of the Cross and Fish fry
We will attend the Knights of Columbus fish fry at 6pm on April 12th on the Woodland Hills Campus. Dinner is $12. Following Dinner we will got to stations of the cross at 7:30pm in the main Church. You may join us for either part of the evening.

Around the Diocese
Service Project with Young Adults: Come and be the “hands and feet of Christ” with hundreds of young adults ages 18-39 at the Archdiocesan Young Adult Day of service, prayer and fellowship on Saturday April 13, 2019. Teams will help serve those in need, the sick, the poor, the hungry, homeless, prisoners and immigrants. The day begins with 8:00am Mass in St. Dominic Chancery and then head out to serve in teams all over the city. The day should be done by 3pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER
All volunteers in a ministry must be Safe Environment trained prior to volunteer service under the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, there is no exception to this rule.
The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston has implemented a new Safe Environment Program. Effective 01/01/2019, CMG Safe Haven
online training is replacing all VIRTUS trainings. No more live trainings;
all trainings will only be online and in the comfort of one’s home. This
training consists of three-vignette style-training videos approximately 60
minutes total, which includes a criminal background check and available
in English and in Spanish.
New volunteers:
- 18 yrs. of age, and older must complete the new training, and complete
the background check prior to volunteer service. Time for approval
may be approximately two weeks or less. Everyone must renew
the Safe Environment training every five years to continue volunteer
service. - Check with our Parish Safe Environment Coordinators for approval or
